        Join us for a salon to discuss GPT-3 and philosophy.

        This salon discussion is based on a few recently published articles in DailyNous, in which philosophers seek to make sense of GPT-3, a new powerful few-shot language model developed by OpenAI.

        We’ll start with comments by two of the authors to introduce their perspective on GPT-3 in their articles, before opening up for group discussion:

        Language and Intelligence | Carlos Montemayor, Professor of Philosophy, San Francisco State University

        We’ll also review a few of GPT 3’s best text creations; feel free to bring your favorite candidates!
